End User License Agreement (EULA) for “tZ Master Template” and “tZ Generate”<\/h1><\/div>

Preamble<\/b><\/p>\n

This license agreement governs the use of the “tZ Master Template” and the individual templates created through “tZ Generate” by the licensor twentyZEN GmbH and you, the licensee or your client for whom you are acquiring the license. Please read these terms carefully.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. License Grant <\/b><\/p>\n

The licensor grants the licensee or his client a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the individual template created using “tZ Generate” from the “tZ Master Template”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Property Rights<\/b><\/p>\n

Ownership of the “tZ Master Template” remains with the licensor. The licensee does not receive ownership rights to the Master Template, but only a license to use the individually created template.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Scope of Use<\/b><\/p>\n

The license is valid for the scope of use set out in the contract. Sub-licensing is only permitted with a separate agreement.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. Modifications and Limitations<\/b><\/p>\n

The individually created template may not be modified for other customers or brands. Changes to the template may only be made within the scope of the functions provided by “tZ Generate”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. License Duration and Updates<\/b><\/p>\n

The license is valid indefinitely. However, updates for the template are provided only during the active contract period.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. Termination for Violation<\/b><\/p>\n

In case of violations of the license conditions, such as unauthorized distribution, sale, or unauthorized modification, the license is automatically terminated. The right to claim damages remains unaffected.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

7. Disclaimer<\/b><\/p>\n

No guarantees are made regarding the functionality or compatibility of the template. The customer is responsible for checking the compatibility and functionality in their systems.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/b><\/p>\n

This agreement is governed by the law of the European Union. The place of jurisdiction is Dresden, Germany.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Final Provisions<\/b><\/p>\n

This agreement is subject to the laws of the state of Germany. Amendments to this agreement require written form.<\/p>\n
