Which email clients are supported?

While there is a manageable number of browsers in the web sector that increasingly adhere to common standards, there are a large number of email clients in the email sector that do not follow a common standard.

Therefore, our template is responsive and works on all common end devices and e-mail clients, i.e. emails are displayed correctly, but some elements are displayed with (minor) deviations.

Supported email clients are:

  • Gmail*
  • Microsoft Outlook/Office 365 (Windows, macOS)*
  • Apple Mail / iOS Mail
  • Mozilla Thunderbird*
  • Webmail clients (Yahoo, web.de, t-online.de, GMX)*

(*) These clients do not or only partially support web fonts.

This depends on whether you purchase the Basic or Premium version.

Basic: Contains only selected elements. Intended for shorter, concise messages such as confirmation emails etc.

Premium: Complete email template that contains all the elements provided in the generator. Also included is a template for campaign and target pages customised to your corporate design. Mautic forms that you integrate into your landing pages are also displayed in your corporate design.

You have the option of inserting your logo and adapting colours and fonts to your corporate design.

You can integrate links to your social media channels and all the necessary information about your company in the footer.

Since, as already mentioned in point 1, there are no universally valid standards for email clients, deviating representations are always to be expected.

To minimise these effects, our templates are based on the MJML (Mailjet Markup Language) markup language developed for creating responsive emails.

However, this is also subject to limitations, as some clients still lack support for web fonts, background images or attributes such as border-radius for buttons and images.

Yes, you can initially register free of charge and test the functionality of the generator. To be able to export your saved template, you need a paid version.

No. Each brand or customer requires a separate licence. This is clearly stated in the terms of the end user licence agreement, which you must agree to before making a purchase.

To ensure clear allocation, the email address you entered when purchasing must be identical to the email address of your twentyZEN GENERATE access data.

You can pay directly by credit and debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or bank transfer.

You will then receive an invoice with VAT shown.

You can work on your template and save your design at any time. The export function is usually activated within 1-2 working days.

Depending on whether you have purchased the Basic or Premium version, you will benefit from our free updates for the selected term.

As soon as an enhanced version is released, we will inform you by email.

You can install the template directly via the frontend (Attention! Enter these file extensions in Mautic under Configuration – Theme settings: json,twig,css,js,htm,html,txt,jpg,jpeg,png,gif,woff,woff2,ttf,eot,svg) or FTP in Mautic.

For updates, the template must be exported from the generator and uploaded to Mautic again.
